Dr. Matthias Winter, Managing Partner

Dr. Winter who is an economist has worked many years with multinational companies in Germany and in India in different executive positions in General Management and Marketing as well as in Corporate Strategy. With a background as the country chief of an aerospace, satellite, telecom and solar technology supplier in India, he is very much familiar with high technologies and their market applications.

Before founding his own consultancy in 2002, he was working with an American Strategy and M&A-consulting company in Frankfurt /Main, Germany. Earlier he was Project Director in Corporate Planning of electrotechnical supplier AEG (Telefunken) in Frankfurt, with postings in Bangalore, Bogota and Sao Paulo, Brasil. He lives outside Frankfurt with his wife, daughter and two India-born sons.

Satya Joshi, Partner

Mr. Satya Joshi, born in 1953, has been working in top-management positions of several Indian and multinational companies in India in industry sectors like automotive, chemicals, building materials and agro-business where he acquired rich experience in corporate planning and corporate strategies, business restructuring, marketing and sales.

Mr. Joshi has spent several years of his career also with a German multinational and is very much familiar with Western work culture. He lives in New Delhi.

Being entrepreneurs ourselves and having industrial backgrounds, we understand very well our client's requirements and corporate strategies.
